fix.php fixes a permission bug in the backend wich didnt let you reply to support tickets.
To install this bugfix upload the fix.php to backend/install and point your browser to it.
after bugfix is complete you must go the staff role page and create every staff role wich is permited to reply support tickets again also you must add all members to them again.
after you’re done you can delete the old staff roles.
